Our hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Massage

Swedish

A light to medium pressure massage designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, increase circulation, and improve skin and muscle tone. While detoxifying the body, the Swedish massage promotes deep peace and relaxation. Partial Hot Stone: add $10.

Maternity

During the most enjoyable months, your body may undergo changes that leave you uncomfortable. A Maternity massage reduces stress, induces deep relaxation, increases energy levels, and relieves muscle tension in the areas most affected by the growing fetus and mother's shifting center of gravity, such as the back, neck, and pelvic area. An extremely relaxing experience for the mother to be! *Written consent from provider required if in 1st trimester.

Achieve total relaxation with the combination of Swedish techniques and the pressure of heated stones to penetrate into the tissue.

Sinus Relief

Relieves sinus pressure or headaches due to allergies or colds. Lymphatic and pressure point techniques are combined to open and drain blocked passageways. Sinus Relief can also be added to any massage. 15 minutes/$20
